Beautiful views of both the sea and mountains. The villa has a gym, all UK movie and sports channels, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were lucky with gorgeous January weather and were sunbathing at the beach and by the pool — which we had heated — as well as enjoying the hot tub.



The location is perfect, with fantastic restaurants just a 5-minute walk down to Burriana Beach. Bakers Bar was our favourite. Highly recommended.

Excellent property for nine people (6 adults and 3 children)
The property is well equipped with a lovely pool area and plenty of space inside and out. The permanent stairgates at level two and three were very welcome as we had 2 children 2.5 and 1 year old.
Chris and Ann were very helpful throughout the booking and our stay.

This was our second visit and once again we were not disappointed. We travelled as a family of 8 and had use of the main villa as well as the apartment. Everything was perfect. The villa was very well equipped, was clean and spacious. The pool area is fabulous and we had the perfect family holiday exploring Nerja and the surrounding area. A wonderful spacious 3 bed villa with the option of another 2 bed apt for 4 guests. We have just returned from a family vacation . The villa is situated at the top of Burriana, which is a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. Nerja is a 15 min walk along the beach.
The villa has a double en-suite bedroom, another double and twin rooms. It also has the added bonus of a swimming pool, which can be heated for an extra cost. We were so glad we paid extra for pool heating as we used it every day. The villa has a modern feel with all the amenities close by. This is our second visit to villa Miramar and would highly recommend it to those wanting to visit Nerja and the surrounding areas.

We rented the Miramar and the associated apartment for 4 weeks in October during which we had friends and family coming for shorter periods during our stay. Chris and Ann were very helpful in adjusting bedding changes to fit in with changeovers during our stay.

The Villa and apartments are well equipped and having our own private pool and hot tub were lovely luxuries which were enjoyed especially by the grandchildren. The beds were very comfortable and I can honestly say that everything necessary for our stay was provided. In addition the information provided for visitors was comprehensive - for example covering how to reset the power when a nearby lightning strike caused the power to trip one evening (our stay coincided with the very bad storms in Spain for a couple of days, though Nerja avoided the worst of it).

Chris and Ann were very responsive to questions and sorting out any minor issues during our stay.

The Mercadona Supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away - there was a shopping trolley provided in the villa which was very useful when shopping for food there.

The only caveat I would add is that Nerja is hilly and the Villa does have a lot of stairs - so it’s not ideal if any of your party has mobility issues. It does help you stay fit though!

All in all we really enjoyed our stay in the MIramar and would recommend the Villa. We hope to return soon.

We booked a break with my Wife's family, in total 9 adults - so we used the full property. Finish in the house is quality with a well appointed kitchen should you feel the urge to cook. Rooms are all well appointed with storage space for cases etc. Beds, bedding etc. all clean and and in very good condition. Overall the house is well maintained and no issues with any of the ants that can cause a headache in some places.
Pool & barbecue are are great and get plenty of sun during the day. Seating in the sun, or in the shade. Large hot tub on request.
Good location for getting to the beach, or into Nerja. Coming back there are hills either way. Nothing that can be done about location, Nerja is generally not flat. Take your time and you will be fine.
In the event of any issues, Chris and Ann are available and very helpful. Transfers were pain-free and plenty of room for our group with luggage. All arranged through Chris and Ann
For me the only thing I would check on for another visit, is outwith the review of the property. On departure, plan ahead for a storage company, some close at the weekend just when you need them.
Overall we are well impressed with the Villa, and no hesitation on recommending it.

The plan was ambitious, to get all of our kids (grown up), their partners and our grandchildren all together in one villa for a fabulous week to remember!! We succeeded on every level of expectation and the villa and apartment were a huge part of why it worked!
Communication with the owners was exceptional and it was clear upon our arrival that we were staying in their much loved premises. The team who clean between visitors were on site when we arrived (we were slightly early) and they were perfectly hospitable and helpful as we unloaded our luggage. The welcome pack that was optional was incredible and we would highly recommend this to future visitors. It was clear that this was done to be helpful….not simply another profit stream.
Once we had all dropped our luggage off into our respective rooms we explored the property and we were amazed at how much it had to offer. Each and every aspect of the property was ideal for us and exactly as described. There were no negatives at all.
Being familiar with the area my wife and I spent the week planning and hosting and the accommodation was the ideal base for this.
We will definitely consider rebooking in the future and would like to extend our gratitude to the owners, managers and cleaning team! Thank you!

Our stay at Villa Miramar in Nerja, managed by Burriana Villas, was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views from the roof terrace and the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the villa.

The villa itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The spacious bedrooms were beautifully decorated and provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the charming town of Nerja. The separate two bedroom accommodation was brilliant for our friends that wanted a break from our toddler.

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. I enjoyed my morning cup of tea and evening sunsets in complete serenity, soaking in the views that Villa Miramar had to offer.

The location of the villa was perfect - just a short 7 minute walk from the bustling Burriana beach and a variety of restaurants and shops. I appreciated the convenience of having everything within reach while still being able to retreat to the tranquility of Villa Miramar.

The staff at Burriana Villas were professional and accommodating (high chair and cot for baby provided without hesitation) , ensuring that our stay was memorable and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Villa Miramar to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious holiday accommodation in Nerja.

Our ‘whole family’ stay was planned to be a special celebration; of a 40 th and 15 th birthday during the week and of two other birthdays ruined by covid. The quality of Villa Miramar; it’s range of amenities, quiet location close to beach and town, and support service through Chris and Ann, who responded immediately to any query, ensured that we indeed had a special celebration.
The space provided by its four floors plus the essential roof terrace (for some early morning Yoga) also provided more than enough room to meet everyone’s needs. A great time was had by all!!

We stayed for a week in this wonderful villa. A lovely appointed property within easy reach of Burriana beach, restaurants and amenities. The villa is spacious and has a lovely pool area with hot tub. The views are wonderful and the bedrooms are spacious.

We would definitely return with friends and highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for luxury accommodation within easy reach of Nerja. Nerja is also within a 15-20 minute walk which also offers great dining options. The standout restaurant we visited for my wife’s birthday was Bakus.

The house was just perfect!
A great pool area with a lot of space both for eating and chill in the pool.
The bedrooms were in good size and comfortable beds.
Everything was clean and nicely decorated.

We used also the gym.

There was also a apartment in the down floor where the bigger kids lived.

Villa Miramar was even better than we expected from the description. As well as being fabulous, It is so well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need to make your holiday easy and it’s location is second to none, being only 5 minutes walk (downhill) to Burriana beach with a great selection of eateries along the front. With Chris and Ann on call to help with anything from booking larger taxis (Nerja taxis carry max 4 people and there were 6 of us), to restaurant recommendations etc., villa Miramar is simply perfect.

Wow - what can't we say about this wonderful property in Burriana. We have been coming to Nerja as a family for nearly 20 years and Villa Miramar is the best that we have stayed in over that time. The facilities are excellent - our grandchildren lived in the pool for a week - whilst the accommodation was even better than the pictures you provide. We have just returned from the most wonderful week at Mirimar. We were absolutely blown away on our arrival. The photos are great, but actually in reality this place is even more breathtaking. It was is so big and roomy and has literally everything you could ever want. A real home from home (if you live in a palace). Absolutely spotlessly clean, so well equipped, comfortable beds and lovely linen and towels. The pool area was a real winner for us, with the kitchen area and toilet/shower room. No need to go traipsing up to the loo everytime you need to go. The hot tub was a real extra luxury. The gym was also a lovely bonus, as was the roof terrace and variety of alfresco dining areas. Its a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and old town. Fantastic communication with the owners. They were just a phone call away when we needed them breifly. I would highly reccomend this villa to anyone and if we return to Nerja, we wouldn't dream of booking anywhere else. Thank you so much!

We are a family with 2 kids aged 4 and 2. We can honestly say this was the most wonderful holiday experience we've had. Everything about the property was perfect. Communication before our arrival was great, the owners were even understanding when I made an error with the payment. They sent great directions to find the place and everything was very smooth getting there. The house itself is absolutely beautiful - to be honest, we felt the photos didn't do it justice as really all the rooms were bigger and nicer than they look in the photos! The house is incredibly well equipped for a holiday home - we have stayed in a few places and really this one was by far the best, everything you could need for cooking at home, bbq, pool, etc. There were even some games and toys which the kids loved. The beds were really comfortable, the dining areas were great, both indoor and outdoor and the pool is just fabulous. For us with two small kids, we felt the heated pool was really essential at this time of year and made things so comfortable for us. The hot tub was also a bonus and such a luxury! The only caveat we would have is that there are a lot of stairs as the house and pool are over three levels, so it's probably not suitable for elderly or people with impaired mobility. There is a stairgate at the top of the stairs which is great for kids so we didn't have any problem with it. Chris and Ann were contactable throughout the stay and sorted out any very minor queries we had. We had stretched our budget to stay at the Villa Miramar but we really felt it was worth every penny!!! Highly recommended and we'd love to come back.

Home from Home with added Luxury. This is our 3rd visit to Linda and Alan’s fabulous place and it’s been amazing to see the place change over the years. The addition of the self-contained 2 bed apartment (under the pool) meant that additional members of our family could join us without it feeling cramped.The pool area, which has been extended, is very spacious with good quality sun loungers and parasols to provide shade. The pool side kitchen is really useful for keeping much needed drinks ice cold and its great to have a bathroom down there to avoid having to trail back into the house. My boys loved the poolside hot tub, especially in the evenings when the tub lights up! Sharon H.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday in Nerja, which was made all the better by our stay in the beautiful Miramar villa. In all our years going on holiday this was by far the most impressive villa we’ve stayed in. It’s modern, very clean and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything and guests don’t want for anything. The outside spaces are amazing, from the roof terrace down to the unbelievable pool/hot tub area, which has its own toilet, kitchen and barbecue area – it’s a space you’ll find very hard to tear yourself away from. My two sons loved it. The location is a winner too – only 5 minutes to the beautifully chilled-out Burriana beach area with its array of lovely beach bars, restaurants and shops. The old town is only a 15-minute walk away and is stunning with its small streets and vast choice of restaurants and shops to choose from. The view from the Balcon de Europe will take your breath away – no matter how many times you visit it! Nerja is hilly, so you’ll give yourself a work out walking to the villa and old town, but it’s a very small price to pay to be in such a perfect location. The communication with property managers Chris and Ann was superb, so we knew we were in good hands. It was lovely meeting them when we arrived at the villa. All in all, my family and I can’t recommend this villa highly enough. If you book it, I guarantee you won’t regret it. It has everything and more, and we will definitely be back.

We had a Superb family holiday in the Miramar. Our party consisted of me , over 70, and 4 young children but despite the steep hill up to the house from the beach area we still had a wonderful time. The house is extremely well equipped with sky tv and a great swimming pool area. Possibly not suitable for older guests or those with restricted movement for most it is a great position. This is my families 3rd visit to Nerja and second time staying in this beautiful villa. This time, for more space we took advantage of the new apartment. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and the owners have thought of every little detail. We were so comfortable and made use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The apartment was well laid out and furnished to a high standard. The only issue we had was with the shower in the apartment, which wasn’t draining properly, so my daughter and her partner had to use the shower in the main villa. This was an inconvenience, However Ann and Chris did all they could to resolve the problem. I’m sure this is just teething problems and will be sorted. We all love Nerja and I’m sure we will return again. Linda B.

With 10 people: 6 adults and 4 teenagers, we were the last week of october in villa Miramar. The house is built on a slope and surprisingly large, from roof terrace to gym no less than 6 floors. The living floor (kitchen, dining room, lounge, terrace) with the entrance at street level was enough for our group to eat together and see the sunset. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has enough storage space. The whole house is well furnished. 3 bedrooms are on the floor below the living area, with a terrace overlooking the pool. The other 2 bedrooms are in the apartment, where our 4 granddaughters had the realm alone. The location of the house is nice. The last of 5, built on a kind of valley. From the pool terrace it looked like a green oasis, with almost tropical vegetation. The acoustics in the “valley” were good, so the sound of the apartments across the road could be a bit loud. We were there in the autumn, it was very quiet then, but it is possible in the summer a little noisier. The house is not recommended for families with small children, because of the many (marble) stairs. It is important for the elderly to know that the road to the beach is steep, which requires a good condition on the way back. Nerja itself is a nice place, with many shops and eateries. Beautiful streets, well maintained and lots of (palm) trees. Despite the fact that it was late October, after a hot summer, everything was still fresh and green. Around the village are many residential areas, but nowhere is high-rise. The Burriana beach is near the villa, a large beach with many amenities. And walking through the village you come across more big and small beaches. Some can only be reached by stairs. It is nice that we could order groceries by Linda and Alan, so that we had a full fridge on arrival on Sunday. In short: a large, comfortable house in a beautiful atmospheric village, an oasis in a coastal region where high-rise buildings set the tone.
